Titanium Ferrule covers category of E-enviornment (Harsh Enviornment According to IEC 61753-1 STANDARDS). Titanium is more elastic & allows connectors with higher undercut value to achieve physical contact. Its hardness similarity with Cu/Ni alloy ensure machinability, lower thermal exp. cofficient allows performance in extended temperature range. They are intermateable with zirconia, Ni/Cu Ferrules also.

Although the Grade 2 pure titanium we use is more difficult to machine than the more common alloys, it eliminates any possible contamination of the sample stream with the aluminum and vanadium that alloys contain.
